Transforming this strategic site into a space for living and well-being, with gardens and pedestrian walkways. The project links two hubs, the former Medina quarter and the Guéliz neighbourhood. The Promenade des Marrakchis was created to provide the city’s many pedestrians, residents and tourists, with a way to travel between these two hubs by foot. Developing a new, 2-hectare public park in the centre of Guéliz, linking the Medina quarter and the Majorelle garden. The new esplanade in Bab Doukkala is an enormous area reserved for pedestrians. Providing a new sports park that meets modern standards at the gateway to the Medina quarter. Enhancing the vast Parc Sidi Bel Abbas Sabti by upgrading a restored palm grove.
